Transcriptomic profiles of blood in murine polymicrobial sepsis - GSE36608

Purpose

Transcriptional effects in circulating leukocytes from mice challenged to peritoneal contamination and infection (PCI) compared to sham (vehicle control). We gratefully acknowledge the BMBF grant for the Center for Sepsis Control and Care (CSCC) for this study.

Hypothesis

--

Experimental Design

Time resolved murine PCI challenge groups x four replicates, Sham control x three replicates.

Experimental Variables

--

Controls

--

Methods

Gene chips were scanned and pre-processed using BeadStudio (version 3.23). Data analysis was carried out using R statistics software (version 2.92) and BioConductor (version 2.4.1).
